3. Trevor's conflicting emotions changed when he met Asha. When he met Asha they were both inseparable. Then he met Asha and was glad that he had met Asha and also enjoyed playing with her and the other elephants. After a while Trevor realized that Asha wouldn't need his help after a while. Sooner that day Trevor said that he had never felt so close to a human but felt he felt close to Asha. At last Trevor felt jealous because he saw asha with Furaha and also realized that Asha was not dependent on him anymore. Trevor's feeling changed when he met Asha because he had never cared for an orphanage elephant and was starting to feel emotional when Asha was playing with a different elephant.

Trevor had conflicting emotions because in pages 23-25. On page 23 it says that Trevor was happy that Asha because Asha was not in the nursery any more she had moved to the habitation.
On page 25 it says that Trevor had realized that Asha was not relying on him no more so Asha went with her herd and he had felt sad.

Trevor's conflicting emotions for Asha. most of all Trevor liked playing with Asha in page 23 he says that if he plays with Asha he does't have Time to play with other kids and spent time with them yet Trevor started notice that Asha wasn't going to need him anymore. in page 24 Trevor starts getting conflicting emotions because he started getting jealous because Asha was playing with the big elephants but not with him. he realized Asha was not depending on him anymore in page 25 Trevor heard Ashas trumpet and he knew she was going to be ok.

Another detail I fond is that he is jealous because ash is spending more time with an elephant named Furaha. These are the few of the many conflicting emotion Trevor feels in the story.

Throughout the story Trevors feeling change. when he got to kenya he found out he was going to be an elephant keeper he got exited. Trevor had been taking care of Asha day to night evere since he got the news he was going to be a elephant keeper. on page 23 paragraph 4 Trevor was worried Asha wasn't going to need him any more. In page 24 paragraph 2 he thought he didnt know how he was going to let go of Asha when the trip was over. he thought about that because he was getting really close to Asha and was feeling like Asha was part of his family. In page 24 and paragraphs 4 and 5 Trevor got jealasous because Asha was with Furaha and, Asha was blowing her trunk in a happy way. In page 25 he said she'll be fine because he thought she wasn;t going to need him. Those were the different emotions tawards Asha.

In page 23 paragraph 3 Trevor has noticed that asha was becoming more independent and didn't rely on him as much.
