During his tenure with the Houston-based company, Jim Gonzales grew IDCUS to approximately 75 employees and $15 million in revenue per year. Under his leadership, IDCUS was involved in more than 500 notable projects in and around Texas, including freeways, toll roads, transit ways, water resource, flood control projects, and other infrastructure improvements.

Previously, Mr. Gonzales spent 18 years as commissioner for the City of Richmond, Texas, and seven years as vice president of the engineering firm AECOM. He has earned professional accolades such as the American Legion Award and the Fort Bend Hispanic Leadership Award. He was also named a finalist for the Businessman of the Year award by the Texas Association of Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC).

Mr. Gonzales studied at the University of Texas and holds a bachelor of business administration and a master of business administration from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.
