         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based on the instruction and the manner that it is taught.<br><br>2.1: student self corrects mistakes<br><br>Unit summaries from the students. 5 minutes of self-reflection then turn to your partner and discuss what you wrote.<br><br>Differentiation can be difficult to incorporate. Does not have to be something grand- it can be simple.<br><br>Communication: check-in for attendance where students can input added information such as: how are feeling today?<br><br>Pear Deck also has various means of gauging student emotions.<br><br>Are you only verbally giving instructions? Written? Provide different means of delivery.<br><br>2.4: anticipate problems and how to resolve them. Lay the foundation of the routines so that students are comfortable in the class to learn.</div>]]></description>
