If we got junk foods for every time its not good for are physical health.<br><br>Everyone like to eat junk foods such as Short eats , street foods , Restaurant foods (KFC,PIZZA HUT)those are not good for eat everyday. By eating healthy foods we can get better mood it helps to our mental health , it helps us to keep our heart healthy , Improved out memory , we can maintain a balance diet. Such as these there are more benefits.<br>&nbsp;<br>And as my opinion main fact is when we eat healthy food our next generation also prefer to have healthy foods. Children learn most health related behaviors from the adults around them. So if we get a balance diet plan our future children also learn it. That help them to live a healthy and strong life. Includes a variety of protein foods such as seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, legumes (beans and peas), soy products, nuts, and seeds. Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars.<br>There are lots of benefits we can get by eating healthy foods. It may help you live longer, keeps skin , teeth, and eyes healthy, supports muscles, boosts immunity, strengthens bones, lowers risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers, supports healthy pregnancies and breastfeeding, helps the digestive system function.</div><div>A healthy diet is<strong> </strong>essential for good health and nutrition. Health is the most important aspect of life and if we eat healthy we can live a more prosperous life.<br>&nbsp;<br> With the Industrial revolution, more labours came into the market. So they have to eat lot to improve their strength before they work. Incase food demand rises up. Earlier people thought to provide good quality food. But then they try to provide more quantity of food with less quality. Industrial revolution made huge negative impact on food production market.<br>&nbsp;<br> These days’ people are suffering from different health problems. Junk food is the main cause of these health issues as it contains high sugars and fats. So, in order to live a healthy life, one must cut down on junk food intake and should start eating healthy food.<br>&nbsp;<br> Therefore, it is important to make people aware of the benefits of eating healthy food. so then they can getting into a healthy lifestyle and keep themselves away from diseases and infections. According to the medical researchers majority of the deaths happen due to these non spreading diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetics, cancers etc. As you see,the reason for all of these diseases is having junk foods instead of healthy foods. So if you try to get green vegetables, grains, green leaves, fresh meat, fish and eggs your body will achieve the ability to get&nbsp; rid of those non spreading diseases.<br><br>You have been hearing same lines from your mothersince your childhood saying like, to eat green leaves for a thick beautiful hair, to eat some yellow vegetables to make your skin glow. Junk foods always reduce our immunity system. when we have strong immunity system, our body can fight any diseases like virus and bacteria.
