         <description><![CDATA[<div>Relevance and Practicality<br><br></div><div>Since current students are more comfortable with technology, the country is trying to cater to this need so that we can produce more first-class students. With all the changes that’s been happening and how the information’s can travel fast, sometimes students are even more knowledgeable than their educator. However, me must understand that in order to shift towards education 4.0, we must first make sure that our facilities are also ready to cater to these changes. For example, internet connection. We wanted to change the way we teach students by using all these wonderful tools, but then again, we first also must make sure the internet connection is stable and strong so that we won’t have any disruption during teaching. Furthermore, educators also must be educated too. We want to make the changes but some educators who are already comfortable teaching the old school way might be reluctant to these changes. Other than that, the technology tools that we use to teach students should be friendly and less time consuming for educators to prepare. If the time taken to prepare it is too long, maybe it is not worth it to some people since they have other responsibilities and priorities too. In my humble opinion, the way we can transfer towards education 4.0 should be done slowly and in stages. It is important that we educate students towards success, but it is also important that we can sort our priorities as educators first so that the process is smooth and successful. Educators must be given time prepare themselves towards these changes so that we can embrace it well.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Education 4.0<br><br></div><div>The future education is expected to be different than the previous education that we have. Previously, teachers or educators are the centre of our learning process. They provide us with all the knowledge that we need. Which is why, some students began to memorize the text book in order to score in their exam. But, we want to move from that and encourage students to regurgitate and move towards researching and engagement. Nowadays, students can get more information or knowledge not just from traditional classroom but with the advancement of technology, they can get it anytime anywhere. Educations are also more personalised towards what the students need and their capabilities. Students are able to modify their learning tools that is suitable for them. They can use different devices, programs or techniques. Other than that, nowadays, employers want students that have organizational and management skills which is why project based learning is very in demand. We can see now that education is trying to shift towards this change by imbedding the technology in the teaching and learning process.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gamification<br><br>During PGDIP Module&nbsp;CLM5064, we learned about Gamification. It is actually the first time I heard about it. What I learned is that Gamification is when we embed the game mechanics or game design in our teaching and learning. This is to make the learning process more interesting and to adapt to the current generation shift where students are more technological oriented and seek for more inspiration rather than information. Malaysian are used to the traditional learning experience where students tend to memorize rather than understand it. Therefore, the questions here is, are we ready towards the change to Education 4.0?</div>]]></description>
