Feedback: The continuous and constructive feedback I have received has helped me improve my work.

Professional Development: Little by little, I have become familiar with the procedures and practices used in this school, which has allowed me to gain confidence in my work.

Development of my students: My students are learning to follow the daily routine, showing great interest in Spanish, and have formed a meaningful bond with me as their teacher.

Relationship with Parents: I have maintained a positive and effective relationship with the parents of my students.

Ongoing support: It would be helpful to have a mentor or colleague who can guide me and answer my questions. While everyone has good intentions, time is sometimes limited, so more structured support would be very beneficial.

Class organization: I need more time to organize my materials and the classroom, which will enhance the learning environment.

Material Organization: I want to remove the English and Spanish materials that are no longer useful, as all the spaces are currently full. I would appreciate help in identifying which ones to eliminate and suggestions on where to place the unnecessary materials.

There have been a lot of opportunities for professional development, which has helped me to gain new ideas and insight.

The relationship I have with my students and parents has been positive. They are handfuls but we have a good bond.

I enjoy how leadership does observations in a way that is not stressful or makes me feel put on the spot.

I feel like I am constantly drowning with things to do, I seem to have a new student every 5 business days, organizing small groups and PBL, mandatory trainings, meetings, report cards, assessments etc.

I can't seem to catch up and I feel like I am not able to do things to the best of my ability because it is always something extra that takes up my time.

I would like someone to check in on me just a tad more and be able to actually sit and mentor, rather than a quick drop in.

Also, planning is all over the place to me. I believe we need an entire day dedicated to sitting down, as a team, and planning out the entire year because things do not make sense, pacing wise.

Feedback: It is very constructive and it has helped me to improve continuously. The team is very supportive and the relationship is great.

P.D: Most of the procedures have been very helpful.

Development of my students: It has been a little slow, they are just becoming aware of routines and rules. They show interest in their own learning and they seem engaged.

Class and material organization: I do not have time to organize my materials. I feel my classroom that if I have more time I could do a better job with it.
