After that Sal might be sad because he thought Miranda was his true friend and would not do that to her friend. I think Jimmy does not want to pay both Miranda and Colin because they were seeing if he had money to pay them with so that they can get money from him and not the bank. If he knew that they wanted to get payed badly Jimmy could of told the bank to not give them money, then if they asked him he would definitely of said no so that is why Miranda and Colin wanted to look in his bank.
