The results of a review article can benefit society when it informs and actualizes people about a problem, as we can see in this case, prostate cancer. This research is relevant because we need to understand how cancer occurs around the world and which are its risk factors to treat the most vulnerable people.<br>7 - How do we see this topic in the future? In the future I imagine that the researchers will be able to establish a relationship between gene mutations and prostate cancer development. So, at this point, the identification and prevention of prostate cancer will be easier.&nbsp;<br>8 - What is your opinion about the goals that you read? The goals of this text were to do a detailed analysis of the epidemiology of prostate cancer to understand the connection between the genetic mutations and environmental influences in the progression of this type of cancer. In my opinion, this is very important to understand the prostate cancer incidence and mortality.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

A study that shows the effect of phytochemicals such as curcumin, resveratrol, folate, lycopene, beta carotene and allicin. These compounds have positive effects on human health, besides providing great results in the fight against comorbidities, especially cancer.                 2- Who is mostly affected by this research?   Why?         We (ordinary people). Due to the fact that these studies prove that molecules present in food can provide a better condition of life, reducing the risk of disease proliferation, and that a healthier lifestyle can contribute positively to this. 3- What are the applications of this research?                    It shows some main foods that can be present in our diet (because they are excellent for health), or even the development of natural therapies and remedies obtained from these molecules.                             4- Where can we get more information about that topic?                                      In other articles, websites, documentaries, etc...                                        5- When would these findings presented benefit our society?                           In the not too distant future, some molecules are already well known, we just need to introduce these foods in our diet. However, there are still many other molecules to be studied and discovered. Scientists cannot give up, despite the lack of financial resources and the disbelief of some people in society.  6- Why is this research relevant?                             The search for new antioxidant, anticarcionogenic and anti-inflammatory molecules is becoming more and more constant. Natural resources (vegetables and fruits) present a great quantity of these compounds and present a great potential to combat diseases.                 7- How do we see this topic in the future?                           I hope very well elucidated, however it is a work that requires a lot of dedication and time. But in the future many of the compounds will come from plants, because we are entering a &quot;green&quot; era, with a focus on BIO, in other words, a focus on nature, by the use of more natural compounds or compounds that do not cause so much harm to the environment, people/companies increasingly opting for more ecological options.               8- What is your opinion about the goals that you read?                                     My opinion is that very little is known about the great potential of plants, as we have been using them for hundreds of years, such as in teas and cooking. And that a healthy diet, combined with an active lifestyle (physical activity), can provide a very good condition of life in relation to not developing diseases (such as cancer). And hopefully in a few years science will have discovered new molecules that provide several positive effects for our health.                       </title>

What are the main ideas of the text?<br></strong>The quality of the coffee has been considered the main selection criterion in the improvement of this crop. The wide variation within and between coffee species is mainly related to biochemical characters related to quality (caffeine, sugars, chlorogenic acids, lipids)<br><strong>2. Who is mostly affected by this research? Why?<br></strong>First of all, the consumer, who will result in quality coffees for consumption, this is the final objective of the entire research. It will also be of great importance for improvement programs, that is, who develops the research and also for industries that take research to the consumer.<br><strong>3. What are the applications of this research?<br></strong>Genetic factors involved in controlling variation of the quality of the coffee. Regarding the complexity of this feature, the different types of quality are presented. Ways to improve these characters related to quality in the cultivated species Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora are discussed, as well as the challenges species-specific.<br><strong>4. Where can we get more information about that topic?<br></strong>Scientific articles, news articles, newsletters, books, cultivar dissemination events launched by companies.<br><strong>5. When would these findings presented benefit our society?<br></strong>the results of these studies on coffee quality have been presented to society for a long time, and every year we have important new information being discovered by the studies.<br><strong>6. Why is this research relevant?<br></strong>This research is relevant because, in addition to the quality of coffee as a beverage (taste, aroma), in terms of chemical compounds present in coffee beans, several of them are known to have health consequences. Despite its positive effect on alertness, caffeine also has some possible implications for diseases such as hypercholesterol and cancer. Coffee also contains chlorogenic acids, melanoidins and other unknown substances that are identified as strong antioxidants. Coffea species-specific diterpenes (Cafestol and Kahweol) have also been shown to have some hypercholesterol properties associated with possible antioxidant properties. In short, despite the knowledge acquired about some components in terms of health consequences, very little is known about the other constituents that make up 98% of roasted coffee beans.<br><strong>7. How do we see this topic in the future?<br></strong>I see this topic being very well used and with many others in this line of research being developed, such as in the genetic improvement of the coffee crop, in researching chemical compounds that can affect the health of the consumer, combining all the improvements in the quality of the coffee<br><strong>8. What is your opinion about the goals that you read?<br></strong>I found the study very interesting and necessary because there is great variation within and between coffee species, especially for biochemical compounds related to quality (caffeine, sugars, chlorogenic acids, lipids). Ways of improving the quality characters for the cultivated species, Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora, are discussed, with specific challenges for each species.</div>]]></description>

The article talks about the importance of botanical gardens in the conservation of plants around the world. The article says that botanical gardens are no longer something exclusive to kings and queens, and nowadays they have a study function aimed at conservation. Another important aspect that the article touches on is the importance of making the local population aware of how important the preservation of the different species of plants is for the maintenance of the diversity of species.<br><br>2.Who is mostly affected by this research? Why?<br><br></div><div>R. The most affected are the plants. The article shows that botanical gardens, especially those found in hotspot environments, play a big role in preserving species in this region.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>3.How can the population help the botanical gardens?<br><br></div><div>R. People can help by donating money or even donating equipment that helps in the maintenance of the gardens. Where can we get more information about that topic?<br><br></div><div>R. We can get more information by going to the botanical gardens and asking the people who work there about their importance. The benefits are the preservation of plants, the discovery of new remedies from medicinal plants.<br><br>6 .Why is this research relevant?<br><br></div><div>R. Because nowadays the florest are even more threatened environments, and botanical gardens are starting to become protection environments for the maintenance of plant diversity. The article shows us this by presenting the role that botanical gardens have for the maintenance of biodiversity and awareness projects with the local population. &nbsp;<br><br>7.How do we see this topic in the future?<br><br></div><div>R. With the growth of the population and the increased demand for food production, regions that are native forests are being deforested and end up becoming areas for agriculture. Many times, these areas are opened up irregularly, which results in a loss of biodiversity. For plants, botanical gardens are used as biodiversity protection banks, preventing certain groups of plants from becoming extinct. &nbsp;<br><br>8. What is your opinion about the goals that you read?<br><br></div><div>R. I think the insight that the article gave me about botanical gardens is very valuable. I had a vision that the botanical gardens were just a place to exhibit plants but the point that the article demonstrates is that the botanical gardens are not just an exhibit environment, they are also a study environment for these plants as well as&nbsp; a protection environment for many species that are endangered.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

What are the main ideas of the text?</strong></div><div><em>Coffea arabica</em> (Arabica) and <em>Coffea canephora</em> (Robusta) are the two main cultivated species of <em>Coffea</em>. Arabica coffee represents 60-70% of the world coffee market. Robusta plants are more resistant to disease and parasites and have 50-60% more caffeine compared to Arabica. There are 124 described <em>Coffea</em> species, most of which are native to Africa. In Ethiopia, wild <em>C. arabica</em> grows as an understory shrub and exhibits wide genotypic and phenotypic variability. The wild species are genetically distinct from cultivars Typica and Bourbon, which are derived from <em>Coffea arabica</em>, and have been frequently used in breeding programs because they are resistant to some diseases and pests that affect the coffee tree.</div><div><strong>2. Who is mostly affected by this research? Why?</strong></div><div>&nbsp;This study will certainly serve as a basis for researchers in the field of coffee genetic improvement, but it is also interesting for the general public, especially those who enjoy our dear coffee.</div><div><strong>3. What are the applications of this research?</strong></div><div>For genetic improvement, it is interesting to cross species that have characteristics of interest, for example to obtain a cultivar that is superior, it could be resistant to diseases and with good coffee drink quality.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>4. Where can we get more information about that topic?</strong></div><div>Scientific articles, books, research articles, newsletters...</div><div><strong>5. When would these findings presented benefit our society?</strong></div><div>Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer. Since its arrival in the country in 1727, coffee has been the greatest generator of wealth and the most important product in national history. And since then, research has been carried out to advance agronomic characteristics of interest.</div><div><strong>6. Why is this research relevant?</strong></div><div>Because research involving the genetic improvement of coffee has its importance, as it is a crop of great economic influence, in addition to being widely consumed worldwide.</div><div><strong>7. How do we see this topic in the future?</strong></div><div>The search for quality coffee drink and disease resistance has been the target of many improvement programs, so finding cultivars with such characteristics will be a great advance for society, and we hope it happens soon.</div><div><strong>8. What is your opinion about the goals that you read?</strong></div><div>In addition to the characteristics mentioned above, sustainability is an issue of great importance. The genetic variability of coffee is part of this, because if we cross species to improve characteristics, we are enriching the genetic data. The study showed us that wild coffee species have desirable characteristics that can be incorporated into Arabica and Robusta coffee cultivars. In addition to observing that if any species does not have genetic variability such as <em>C. arabica</em>, there are other species that have a rich source of diversity, and this allows us, through research, to merge such species and increase the precious genetic diversity of the coffee tree.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

Also, I hope that topic i'll be more comented than nowadays. <br><br><strong>8-What is your opinion about the goals that you read?<br></strong>Articles like these are very important in the cancer scenario. They help scientists and doctors stay up to date and make better choices such as what type of cancer the patient has and what is the best option of treatment for this patient.
