Ingredients

250 g of noodles for yakisoba

2 carrots cut into strips or slices

1/2 cauliflower

1/2 broccoli

1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper

250 g of chicken breast

250g of rump (beef)

1 onion

1/2 chopped cabbage

1 sachet of yakisoba sauce

1/2 cup of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of sesame oil

Salt, ajinomoto and white sesame

Preparation

Cook the noodles according to package directions, set aside.

Pre-cook carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, chard or cabbage.

Cut the meat, peppers and onion into strips. Fry the meat with a little sesame oil, add the onion, the peppers, the pre-cooked vegetables and the pasta, mix it all. 

Add the yakisoba sauce and the soy sauce.And lastly the sesame and the rest of the sesame oil.

INGREDIENTS
3 chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 chopped garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 spoon of butter
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/3 cup of mustard
1 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of sour cream
straw potato to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a saucepan, combine chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and brown the onion.
Add seasoned chicken until golden.
Add mushrooms, ketchup and mustard.
Add the cream and remove from heat before boiling.
Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.

Chocolate cake recipe:
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) oil
2 cup (tea) flour
1 cup (tea) chocolate
1 cup (tea) sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder

Preparation mode:
Beat the eggs in the blender for 5 minutes.
Gradually add the other ingredients, minus the yeast.
After beating add the yeast.
Place in a medium greased form and with flour.
Bake in a medium oven, preheated for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS

125g unsalted butter, chopped
125g dark chocolate, chopped
3 eggs, lightly whisked
335g (1 1/2 cups) white sugar
115g (3/4 cup) plain flour
30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease a 20cm (base measurement) square cake pan and line with baking paper.

Step 2

Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon until melted. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in egg, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt until just combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Set aside to cool completely.

Soak the rice noodles in lukewarm water to soften. After 15 minutes soaking, drain the noodles well.
In a medium bowl, mix pork, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp vegetable oil together, and mix thoroughly.
In a wok, cook the pork and add some thinly sliced vegetables, like cabbage, carrots and scallions.
After 5 minutes, add the noodles, mix well and it's done.
