         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bea,<br>Before I can provide any relevant contributions I will need some clarifications.&nbsp; Are you suggesting that there should be a vetting system for MCL consultants? &nbsp;<br><br>I don't understand the questions, what is their role, what do they get and what is expected of them.&nbsp; It seems to me answers to those questions will be determined by the consultant as they customize their services for the clients.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
