Brandan - the website look real so people would think its more formal and will feel more trust worth of using your website. Using power point was a good idea because you’ve used it well and it’s electronic. This meets customer needs because it’s very formal.
The potential impact that your poster will give to the customer would be that it gives you enough information but not alot that they have to read for ages. Using word was agood  choice because it’s easy to layout.
Lucie - the potential impact the poster will have on people is that it gives little information but enough to inform the customer about the important things about the offer. With the website the impact on people would be it looks better than a poster because it’s got more information and pictures that will appeal to the customers reading and catch their eye. You have used PowerPoint for your website which shows a different layout and it’s easier becausse it’s electronic. Using word for the poster is a good option due to it being easy to use and can have as much or little information in it as you like, which can show customers different aspects of resources.
