OK, so I really do understand how easy it can be to forget to double check whether a patron has signed the registration form (I forgot last week!), but it's time that we all go a step further and follow through on the transaction process when this happens. Effective immediately, if you process a payment for a renewal or a new registration and a signature is forgotten, the cashier is responsible for calling the individual to let him/her know that we need a signature before services can be rendered. After you've made the call, please write a note in SportsMan (Notes tab only) using the format "SMCC - [comment] FirstInitialLastName and date." Each front desk member needs to take initiative and do it on his/her own. I'll double check the forms on a weekly basis and will follow up with those who need to make calls. Questions? Let me know.
