  • Generally more Introvert that Extrovert (which is interesting given marketing team and stereotypes associated) preference to focus on inner world..

Sensitive/Intuition - i.e. How you take in information.
  • Mixed set-up, so need to explain things broadly to those who just need headlines and in detail to those who like ins and outs. Basic information versus interpreting and adding meaning - good mix.

Thinking/Feeling - i.e. How you make decisions.
  • Quite an emotional team! Preference to look at the people and special circumstances rather than logic and consistency.

Judging/Perceiving - i.e. Your preferred lifestyle.
  • Fair mix, of getting things decided and also stay open to new information and options.
