First it says packs of 100. and Gavin has 2 whole packs and 19 more so i knew the 2 is a W.H.O.L.E number so i started for the fraction for 2. . Then i saw the 19 and i put the 19 after the decimal point so the decimal is 2.19

First you have two addd the two sides and they add up two five and the whole thing is 15 and then i subtract 5 witch is the two sides I added and subtracted 15 - 5 = 10 and then i divied it in half and get 5 so one lenght side is 5.

For part a you have to pick an equation to figure out an equation for angle CBD and the whole thing is 147 and a part is 23 and so were trying to figure out the measure of n witch is angle CBD so you can do 23 +n witch is what we need to find out so you revers the equation and do 147 -23 = measure CBD and for part b it equals 124 degress.

I got 80 degrees because I used my protractor and tipped it sideways to get the angle cause the ANGLE was tipped.
