REFLECTION

Inductivism

Observation → Hypothesis → Experiment → Law → Theory

Discuss the problems (form as questions- think TOK buzz words *) posed by your particular aspect of the process and be ready to present your ideas to the class

Certainty

Observation may not necessary be certain because you can not conclude everything on what you have discovered. There is not enough link between things.

Hypothesis could not be certain since you are ASSUMING certain situations based on your knowledge.

Experiment always varies whatever time you repeat the process. There is always errors in the experiment, which leads to uncertainty. How precise is your measurement?

Law is fairly certain since it is established on the basis of proof/ repeatedly experiments.

Theory is certain because it is proven.
