Digital platforms are here to assist and not replace teachers to make daily tasks efficient and smoother classroom management. The usage of digital platforms is one of the approaches to make learning more engaging and fun as well as interactive where it allows students to be more participated in class. For example, students who are more active by doing activity instead of through books can have a better learning outcome.

Digital platforms such as Padlet and Kahoot can both democratise classroom discourse and, in some cases, reinforce teacher control, depending on how they are used. On one hand, these tools democratise discourse by providing more equal participation opportunities. Padlet allows all students to contribute their thoughts simultaneously and anonymously, which can encourage quieter or less confident learners to participate without fear of judgment. Similarly, Kahoot creates a fun, game-like environment where all students can respond at the same time, promoting engagement and reducing the dominance of more vocal students. On the other hand, these platforms can also reinforce teacher control if they are used solely to deliver content or check for correct answers, similar to closed, display questions in traditional classroom discourse. In such cases, the teacher still controls the flow, timing, and focus of interaction, limiting authentic student voice.
