Fossil fuels describes a group of energy sources that was created from old plants and organisms during the carboniferous period. During that time the land was covered in swamp which where the organisms and plants were before becoming fossil fuels. Through decomposing under layers of sand,clay and other minalers diffrents fossil fuels were formed. There is coal, oil and natural gas and were formed depending on the combination of organic matter, temprature, time and pressure conditions. Why fossil fuels are important is because they are sought for their high energy density. We use fossil fuels for transport, making variety of common products which can be expensive but also can be abundant and cheap depending on geographic location. Fossil fuels considers to be non renewable resoirces for the reason of it takes alot of time to produce fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are also the largest emitters of carbon dioxide (greenhouse gas) which cuased environmental and health issues. Therefore we sought to find new ways for generating energy which are more environmentally, sustainable and renewable.

It is a form of energy made up of the nucleus of atoms, which produces energy. The Nuclear power can be seen as substanable energy resources because it do not produces green house gases and it can provide a large amount of energy for many houshold. However, during the process atomic waste can be produced and can harm the enviroment. The expert Dr David Lowry writes in the article "why nuclear power is always going to be unsubstainable" (3.09.2020) that "The biggest nuclear site in Europe containing the world's biggest stockpile of nuclear explosives is a risk at blowing up". Furthermore it could also lead to cancer if alpha radiation particles from the element plutonium get into the human's body. That is why we claim that nuclear power is harmful und unsubstainable for our entire world.
