What is extraordinary teaching to me?

This is Dr. Lague (front left). She's by far one of the best professors I have had during my time within the grad program at GMU. She's caring, understanding, and we'll meet up almost every semester with our class to catch up. This shows that she actually cares for her students. (Don't worry Dr. Zenkov you're still a favorite too)

Picture with Mrs. Whitfield whom I mentioned in my response to the 4th question. In the picture, I simply went with a friend to go chat with Mrs. Whitfield because we wanted to see her. Our desire to go see her outside of our regular classes shows how Mrs. Whitfield is doing a good job as a teacher by connecting with students.

This is a picture of two Kpop albums my AP Psychology teacher, Ms. Patel, gave me this year! We both share a love for the group ENHYPEN, and to cheer me on during AP season, she gifted me two albums from her collection. Since she only collects the photocards, she was happy to pass the albums along to me. This thoughtful gesture encouraged me greatly and strengthened my connection with her. She is one of my favorite teachers because, in addition to connecting with me through shared interests, she is an incredible teacher overall whom I deeply respect and admire.

This is a picture of me, my best friend Hannah, and one of favorite teachers Mrs. Mayhew. She has always been an inspirational teacher who was always open to getting to know her students. She would always make small talk, share pictures of her cats, and make us feel welcome in her classroom.
