         <description><![CDATA[<div>The popularity of chips jumped up in the 1920's, and why? They didn't really spread anywhere when they were in New York. It was just for the local community, but when the 1920's came, I believe that they spread across the United States, and they became super popular because of their simplicity, and able to be preserved for a lunch, or a snack, etc.</div>]]></description>
