She is surrounded by alcohol, prescribed pills, and uneaten and rotted meals, highlighting several types of self harm (like anorexia, alcohol abuse, and drug abuse.) The camera is symbolic of what everyone around her sees her as, a happy and fair queen, despite the fact that there’s are obvious signs showing, like the rope around her neck and the scar on her face.
