Qin Shi Huangdi was a heartless tyrant according to source 9 he killed over 400 Confucian scholars, supposedly burying them alive this shows he was scared of the Confucian scholars as it was the religion of china and the whole of china followed the religion. This made him scared that they may overthrow him. He also built many buildings for himself. In source 12 it shows he made 700,000 men to work on his mausoleum this meant he had to use some of the countries money. It took approximately 49 years which meant 700,000 men and more went through 49 years of hard labour and the Great Wall of china took over just 2000 years and he did not complete but 100s of thousands of men went through hard labour to get the wall started. Overall most sources show that Qin Shi Huang was a cruel emperor and a heartless tyrant

Qin Shi Huangdi was an evil tyrant, there is much evidence to back this up. Source 12 expands on this topic because it states that he forced slaves to do hard labour to build his own petty household. He ordered the deaths of many people and organisations because he disliked them or felt like they were a threat to him and his empire - not his subjects. This is backed up in source 9 when it mentions almost an entire religious group terminated, by being buried alive. He also spent alot of money and slaves on upgrading his palace to himself safe, source 10 explains how much effort and pain slaves went through to make these upgrades. Therefore Qin Shi Huangdi was a heartless tyrant that enforced cruel and unjust rule upon his people.

Qin Shi Huangdi was reported to have killed over 400 Confucian scholars by suposibly burying them alive. Source 12 states that he used 700,000 men to build his Northen Highway this could be only by massive and cruel impressments of labour. He had secret passageways so that the 'evil spirits' couldn't find him. In Source 10 it states that anyone to reveal where the Emporer was when he was in his secret passage way was sentenced to death.

He also enslaved people to build massive palaces for himself only and spent vast amounts of money to make sure they were as luxurious and lavish for him to live in. Secret passageways were also added to his palaces so 'evil spirits' couldn't find him. All of this money could have been spent upgrading the villages and communities that he ruled. He also conscripted 700,000 to work on his mausoleum. He was also so focused on lasting forever that he decided to drink Mercury (highly poisonous) which in fact killed him.

Qin Shi Huangdi killed 400 Confucian scholars, supposedly by burying them alive, so his followers wouldn't go against him. He enslaved 700,000 people just to work on his mausoleum and his afang palace. The source also says that "only by massive and cruel impressment of labour could he have received such rapid results".He spent vast amounts of money on these buildings, just for his own benefit. Thus proves that he was selfish and that he didn't think about his followers. The one good thing that he did for China, was that he standardised weight and money measurement for all parts of China, but this doesn't make up for any of the cruel things that he has done. Qin Shi Huangdi killed >400 people just for studying his practice. he killed people for revealing where abouts he was visiting, enslaved people to do work for him and consistantly worked them, and left people with no money for him to use the money for himself. The source has stated 'he got rid of anybody who showed opposition or didn't agree with him.' This quote shows that would kill people just to stay in charge and did not care what he did to them as long as it benefitted him. Thus, Qin Shi haungdi was a headless fryant who killed people for no reason and only did things to benefit himself

Careful analysis of Source 4 highlights that Qin Shi Huangandi was a heartless tyrant. For example, the source states "he ordered the arrest of over 400 scholars and buried them.". This means that he didn't care if people were killed, as long as he remained in power. It also says that he was paranoid about people overthrowing him, so he did horrible things to his people to show his strength. Therefore, Qin Shi Huangandi was a heartless tyrant because he terrorised his people with the only reason being so he could stay empower and be powerful.

Qin was a ruler that didn't have any empathy for any of his followers, "...he ordered the arrest of over 400 scholars and buried them.". This quote illuminates the fact that he did not care about the education of his followers, as scholars are the ones that educate people. The source also states that he would get rid of anyone who would ever question his ways of ruling, the following quotes from the source highlight this;
-"He got rid of anyone who showed opposition or didn't agree with him."
-"...the scholars were talking behind his back..."
Therefore, this source states that Qin Shi Huangdi was a heartless tyrant who didn't show any empathy for his followers.

💔👿

After an attentive examiniation of source 4, it is comprehensible that the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huangdi was cruel and heartless tyrant. Source 4 state that 'he ordered the arrest of over 400 scholars and buried them alive.' which leaves you to infer that he had a lot of 'demonic energy' and power, and wouldn't let anything nor anyone get in his way. Any time Qin Shi Huangdi felt there was an oppourtunity of someone to over power him, he would get rid of them even though they may have been innocent. Evidently, Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi was a heartless tyrant and threat to Ancient China:

This source stated ' So he ordered the arrest of over 400 scholars and buried '. This means that Qin Shi Huangdi had no care for his people, he could kill anyone that disobeyed him or was a threat as long as he didn't get overthrown. It also states that ' he got rid of anybody who showed opposition or didn't agree with him'. Therefore this source states that Qin Shi Huangdi was a heartless tyrant and had no empathy for his followers.
