The First Emperor of China, Qin Shi Haungdi, was a threat to China for he made changes to the country as Emperor, without consulatation with anyone. Some may disagree and say that he did good to the country. That is understandable, for he did do A good deed by making it easier for wider travel. 
 But this heartless tyrant that ruled the country for around 49 years, did destruction to the country.
