For these roles to be sufficiently completed, physical hardware such as computers is needed. Web design, server maintenance and programming all require technology to correctly function. Along with maintaining the app, people are needed for customer service including references to professional assistance if needed. As the enterprise grows, money will be needed to invest in advertising, data collection and employment, which will be generated through advertising on the site.

Due to the psychology involved in providing support on such a sensitive matter, time and money will also be needed for research and consultations with professionals in the field, as to provide a useful service. 

The impact of the app is aimed to be mostly digital and therefore limiting the physical waste and impact had by the process.

b) We will demonstrate that we are creating a social impact by keeping a track on the people using our service and how often it is being used. This creates a social impact as we can measure the amount of people using our our service. Furthermore, writing reviews on the product and handing out surveys allows us to attain feedback on the product. This allows us to review the social impact the products making.

c) From our product there is a lot that customers can benefit from as our products are tailored to cater for their needs through out. The main purpose is for them to  feel less lonely and know that they are not the only ones in this position and can talk to the bots. This should help them interact with others instead of being lonely all day. There are many ways we will be able to get this funding such as applying for volunteers in Nottingham where we can get an initial start up fund, as well as setting up awareness campaigns and using the donations too. After the start up cost the social enterprise will fund itself from advertising and commission from psychologists as a result of the bot referring people to them. This should then cover the costs of permanent staff who will be maintaining the software making sure everything is running smoothly. 

As the social enterprise beings to grow we will be able to expand the emotional bot by developing the program, adding more languages so that people across the world can be connected as well as having more services available such as a service that can connect you with other people, or planing events to raise awareness about the issue. However, as from our revenue sources and low operational cost of running the business we do expect to make profits from the first full-year in operation, however we do not expect this to be anything substantial. With the profit we are able to generate we plan to constantly re-invest it into the business with the majority of the profits being spent on advertising and developing the bot. We have chosen to re-invest our profits into advertising to help grow our brand name, establish a larger following and to be able to provide our services to a larger and wider range of people.
