I faced challenges in knowing how ERP school activation takes place.

How to resolve school queries related to printing mistakes and ERP data, particularly issues not related to implementation.

Be clear with the school and gently say NO if they request offline visits, or immediately call for visits.

Had a difficult conversation with a KDM, which led to a complaint, even though when I was not the one to blame. (But I have overcome the situation with my patience and willingness to support the school better.

Lot of steps to look after once the school is onboarded. It gets confusing at times.

Preparing a list of schools and maintaining the last conversation that you had with the schools to exactly know what is pending or done in the school which can be referred to regularly.
