It is primarily geared towards the data specialist, but I’m sure it could be useful for other staff as well. 

The plugin will create a database extension for the students table, that will store information for New and withdrawing students. 

Data entered will travel with the student from school to school.

The Enrollment Notes - sqlReport goes hand in hand with the Enrollment Notes plugin. 

The report will be created under the “Enrollment” heading on the reports page. 

It can be run from the district level, or at the School level.

Those fields are:

• State Student Number

• GT Qualified

• Instructional Setting

• English Proficiency Level / ML

• Ninth grade Code

• Oral and Written communication preference

• The District Enrollment Date

• ELP Assessment and Score.
