When given tests or check for understandings in video form using the platform Flipgrid, students were better able to grasp the content given and explain it well after practice. Although students are not 100% comfortable "talking about math" with proper guidance and practice students are able to let teachers and other peers "inside" of their brains which help deepen their understanding. The different format or medium used for their notebook does not have a grandeur effect on their overall understanding. However, the intention and usability must be student-centered. Through analysis of my own students and through literature read, it was shown that the use of audio-only vs video conferencing did not have a great impact on their academic success. Although for some students it acts as a sense of accountability, it is not necessary for cameras to be enabled to have overall effectiveness in their learning. Students who were above average were able to keep their above-average grades, and students who attended increased between 2-20% depending on the student. It was seen that students who did not attend these tutoring sessions did not have as much success or understanding of content as those who did attend.
