Peer to Peer Observations- JPT Math Lab 2021 by Dana

1st Semester Math Lab Instructional Rounds are completed. Thank you for finding time in your busy schedules to visit your students and colleagues in the Math Lab. Let's reflect on your time there, by responding to each of the post below. Find a colleague to give a heart (if you're liking their thinking) or to respond to their thinking, by typing out a response. I'm using a Padlet so that we can collaborate as a staff across grade levels, to deepen our conversation, without calling a formal meeting. Think abouts- how could you use Padlet in your classroom to elicit student responses to problem of the days, reading response journals, classroom discussions, or providing peer to peer feedback?

If you were asked to rate YOUR mathematical classroom environment using what's listed on the peer observational tool with 5 meaning your classroom checks off all 6 of these items and 1 meaning I check off @ least 1 of these things, how would you rate yourself? What's 1 thing from the list do you want to be intentional and consistent about during 2nd semester?
