Blended learning was one of the
useful tool by allowing me to learn more in advance that could not be found in
textbook for instance like online game or video watching. Rewind was not really
helpful because in introduction to international business module does not have
any audio recording, thus, we could not hear anything from it. So far, I think
online game and video watching are the most effective activities that attract
me to participate more in learning process.

To me, Rewind is useful if we missed any lecture class, BUT this is only if the recording is available. Online tutorial is not so effective, personally I would prefer normal tutorial class. Online quiz is good, flexible for students, as most of the time, they will provide certain time period for us to do the test, so students can do the online quiz anytime they like as long as its within the period set. Online game is a must, to better capture students attentions and stimulate their interests towards the topics taught, at the same time, students can learn better when they are in good mood, I believe. I always enjoyed the online game session very much. BYOD depends, if its small gadget like phones, ipads then it is Ok, somehow it is a bit inconvenient and heavy for me when it comes to carry my laptop. Video watching is effective to me too.

I enjoyed the module immensely. Rewind was a godsend, as I only had that one class in the middle of the day (when traffic and parking was a major hassle) so it allowed me to keep up to date with the module even though I wasn't physically present. BYOD and the interactive learning we had in class was a lot of fun, and I picked up on a lot of the practical usage of the module content. However, I feel that I'll have to work a bit harder to get up to speed with the theory part of the module as I am more comfortable with the case application that we did in class. All in all, I think that the way this module was structured taught me a lot without it feeling like I was cramming everything into my head, and it also helped me develop relationships in class through the roleplaying and team assignments.

Rewind lecture is useful when i had to miss certain lectures and when i could not catch up with the speed. However, it is very frustrating as somethimes there are no sound or when the lectures are not recorded. It is not consistent and this decrease the reliability of students on the rewind lecture capture.

Online tutorials are not really useful i my opinion because when we have problems, we cannot ask and clarify with tutors on the spot and most students don't really do their online tutorials, they either forgets or copy from others, i still prefer face-to-face tutorials rather than online tutorials.

Online quizzes are somewhat effective because through these quizzes, i get to learn and find out mostly about the theory parts but if a student just copy the answers from their friends online quizzes are just a waste of time.

Online games are fun and interesting as it is a GAME. Through the game, i learn how to make decisions, what risk we may face in the real world and etc. It is a new experience for me and it makes learning fun.

BYOD and video watching is quite effective as i can learn about the topics taught through real examples so its interesting and informative. :)

In my opinion, rewind lecture is indeed beneficial
to me. This is because there are times where unforeseen circumstances will
occur and we have no choice but to miss that specific lecture. What rewind does
is to allow us to look back at that specific lecture conducted during that period
of time. This will help us from not missing out any topic and causing troubles
to our lecturers.

X-Space is a one of a kind classroom that enhances
our learning experiences even better. X-Space has given me the
opportunities to not only interact with students like in normal tutorial
classes but also the ability to interact with the tutors. It is designed in a
way where students are placed face to face with 6 students to a table. It is
designed to help increase the communication skills between students and tutors
which from there enable everyone to develop interpersonal skills. With each
white board and television assigned to each table, students are required to
take turns to present a specific topic or question in the class itself. How
technologically equipped the classroom is also plays a factor in enhancing our
learning experience. It is because we are able to concentrate in classes better
as all of us currently live in a world where everyone is tech-savvy. Besides
that, I am able to understand better and more in depth on topics because the
X-Space enables us to share ideas with one another which will provide us a
wider and better understanding.

For example, rewind system does help me to recap any information or important tips that I have missed. Another system that I would like to mentioned about it is BYOD learning system, I could search the information that I want after I have learned from the session. However, the only thing that I think it is not very effective for my study is online tutorial / quiz. I can't understand by myself without the explanation of tutor and also I feel that I may not be develop self- discipline to finish the online tutorial question.

2. It is because we can rewind the lecture when we couldn’t attend a lecture or maybe when we are not clear about the particular topic. However, the rewind system always has technical problems causing the lectures not being recorded.

X-Space collaborative classroom is a classroom that doesn't follow the traditional teaching method but unique in its own way. In this classroom, the tutors normally will give us group work such as discussion and we can exchange ideas among our group members and work together to complete the task given. This will help in enhancing my interpersonal skills as I can learn to communicate better within a group. In addition, with the technology provided in this classroom, students will get motivated and become more engaged in the class, as all of us are tech-savvy. Furthermore, we get to share our findings with the rest of the students by connecting our laptops to the projector and show it on the television allocated around the classroom. We can discuss the findings together with the whole class and determine the mistakes if there is any.

One of the greatest experiences of X-space collaborative classroom is that it provides the flexible proper learning spaces to smoothen the learning process in a highly cooperative and engaging manner. The environment of classroom that I experienced was totally different from the old traditional classroom whereby this modern and classy classroom has allowed me to study in a more flexible manner. Despite the old way of teaching, this newly collaborative classroom allows each student to pay full attention because there are televisions located at various angle of the classroom whereby students can’t afford to miss a glimpse at it.

I still prefer face to face tutorial class rather than online tutorial although it's quite nice to be able to skip uni once in awhile. I like the idea of online quiz (especially when no marks are counted), because I can test on my knowledge regarding this module. I think the idea of playing games in class is interesting and fun, but the game (farm game) itself does not make much sense to the topic as regardless what upgrade we chose we still get to survive. The idea of searching information during tutorial is good, but it does not necessary to carry out with digital device. I like video watching for tutorial/lecture, especially the advertisement because I think this is highly related to my major.

And it can help student to gain any missing point that the student did not able to catch before.

X-space is one new classroom concept that aim to help student to undergo better learning processes. X-space has given me to interact with all the student in the class with the help of monitor for every tables. It was designed for 6 people in one table and interact face to face which could enhance the communication skill of the student. And also with the help of monitor, student then should present to the class about their discussion by putting it in the monitor to show to the classmate. This concept can help student as it can help student to concentrate more in technology based know how as today's technology is consider advance.

To me, I think that rewind was so awesome because if I missed any lecture class then I would have another chance to rewind again (It will be better if there is recording together). In addition, it also helps us when we start to revise for finals, it will be another chance for me to rewind. So, rewind is definitely a must for me as I have to admit that I am a slow learner too. Well, there are pros and cons for online tutorial, quiz and etc. But for me, I would prefer face to face tutorial because if I do not understand anything then I am able to ask straight away. For quiz, it will be a good one if the quiz is to help me recall back what we learned but I would prefer that there's no mark for that and just an extra activity during the class. Online games was fun, although it's just a game but it taught me patience and how to take risk. I would conclude that this module taught me a lot although most of the time I have to ask my friends and tutor because I don't really understand most of the time. But, I'm glad that my tutor and friends are really willing to help me in every way.

In my opinion, the Rewind is the most effective type of blended learning because it make me able to capture back any important point that I had missed during the lecture. When I still not really clear about some lecture, I still can refer back to the Rewind until I can fully understand about it.
