Review of TSIP - progress and any changes for 2026

Translate our school Vision and Values into Key Vision/Values Indicators (KVIs). (traditional KPIs + 'litmus paper' checks embracing stakeholder input!)
Using the SEF and the above, regenerate the TSIP for next 3 years at least .... Generation Smith! This will dovetail with / contribute to Amanda's new SDP and our new aligned Governance Plan / Reviewing Cycle. (Yes, this does need to be done!)
Improving Governance: a focus on monitoring & evaluation (asking challenging questions and triangulation of evidence) + developing a Training Plan.

Is the frequency enough to cover with time for proper exposition and discussion all the aspects required?

Governor Hub and protocols

Quite operational and not too exciting but agreement /who/when uploads documents to the hub. How should they be named?

Is there a deadline for documents for committee meetings to be available for pre reading for example one week prior to the meeting to ensure Trustees have time to read and consider any questions or thoughts before the meeting?
