George was a member of the first continental congress. George was also voted to be the leader of the continental army against Britain. For 7 years George Washington led the war against the British taxes that were put on the colonies. George succeeded on September 3, 1783 when Britain surrendered and America gained it's independence.
     After the war against Britain, George was called the human equivalent of a god. George then went to become the first president of the United States and served two terms. Over the last four years I have recognized George because of his character. George is a very hardworking student who would fit in well with your school. One of the best traits about George is that he is an excellent leader. George can be a very shy and seemingly awkward student at some times. However, whenever he was chosen as a leader his inner personality shows and he works amazingly. George also just has a presence that grabs peoples attention. This is why I think you should accept George to your school.
