kindly be informed that i complete the task which you asked, and i entered all the data about nutrition patient.

but after checking process for the data, i found some of missed important data, & i didn't find it on another back up copy.

so please your support to get the related missing data with another data base, or please send it to me & give me the permission to do it.

i think if we will send field teams to collect the possible data from another available information.
