a. Contact businesses and groups associated with the districts programs of studies. We would never turn away, but we need to build the programs currently have. Quality over quantity forst!

b. Create events where students can showcase what they are learning with local businesses and groups so these groups can se the students in action and offer encouragement and advice - this creates a partnership.

c. creating programs aligned with business needs - what they seek out of an employee.

d. Board presentation and community spotlight for students and businesses

Start with community surveys, workforce board data, parent/student surveys to gauge interest for program expansion/new programs. Consider needs for facilities, specialized equipment, etc.

Once program is identified, take to advisory board to help build support and guide decisions on curriculum, IBCs, etc.
