I think a place can feel like home when you are with people you love and feel like you can be yourself around. It also depends on how comfortable you are in that environment. Home could also be associated with memories or have sentimental meaning attached to it as well. Overall, I think home can mean a lot of different things for different people depending on their past experiences and personal connections or values. It could be family, friends, a building, a place, a feeling or maybe a combination of a few of these!
