There were four boys, John Michael Forres, Shep Moore, and Henry Carlisle they were standing next to a body the body of Grant Perkins. Grants body was found on a downed tree with his boots several feet away, blood surrounded the body. The boys were stunned when they found the body so they all dropped there guns in a pile. Grant was shot with a Remmington rifle. Every one of the boys denied shooting Grant. Grant received a phone call minutes after he was shot the boy's didn't answer. The boys did not call the immediately call the authorities, they waited. The boys were under the influence of drugs and had alcohol in their systems.
