         <description><![CDATA[<p>I Believe that differences between life expectancy, birth rate, and dependency loads could be caused by a few reasons </p><ol><li><p>Health Care Quality </p></li><li><p>Environmental Conditions </p></li><li><p>Quality of Life  </p></li></ol><p>In conclusion i believe that these 3 factors could increase or decrease life expectancy, birth rate, and dependency loads in counties depending on the conditions </p>]]></description>
