He sent Hercules to get it from Hippolytes’s, the queen of the Amazons.The Amazons were fearless female warriors who served a powerful Queen named Hippolyta.
Hercules friends realized he could not fight the whole  amazon army by himself so they joined him to fight the amazon army.
They arrived and when they figured out hercules and his men were up to no good all the amazon people got their armour and weapons and attacked hercules and his army.  So hercules killed the queen, took the belt and returned to Mycenae to give the belt to Eurystheus

Characterization #1: One of hercules characteristics would be fearless. A quote from the story that would prove this would be ‘’Hercules friends realized that the hero could not fight against the whole Amazon army by himself, so they joined with him and set sail in a single ship’’. This quote shows he is fearless because hercules was willing to fight the whole army by himself and wasn’t going to ask for help from anyone.
