What I would like to do is outline the way in which a healthcare systam funding. Basically, they are able to provide and make accessible the needed set of health services of sufficient quality. In this session, I will focus on the three main methods. The first one is direct payment. In this case, individuals pay for medical care at time they receive it. The second is health insurance. What is meant by this is individuals make regular payments to sickness insurance company that pays for all or part of the costs of any medical care received. Thirdly, There is general taxation. What happens here is that a health care is provided for everyone in the country and this is funed through taxation.

The basic human rights of all people should be respected, and international companies should recognise this in their dealing with employees. The process of globalisation have raised concerns that international companies might be organizations commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development, social responsibility issues such as employee labour conditions improvements in products and services progress that seeks to satisfy the need of local community and advances in environmental management. There are economic reasons, too, for prioritising social responsibility. All of the main reasons for the large international companies should be investing social responsibility is improve their reputation.

In terms of the number of lives lost, most people who die as a result of natural disasters are in LEDCs. It has been reported, for example, that between 1991 and 2005, 630,000 people were killed by natural disasters in LEDCs compared with 72,000 in MEDCs(International Strategy for Disaster Reduction, 2010). In addition, The risk living in disaster-prone areas in order to make living should happen to Poorer people. It has been found, for example, most of the farming population of Bangladesh live in low-lying parts of the country where severe floods occur regularly.

As far as economic impact is concerned, Frequently of poorer quality is Infrastructure in LEDCs, and can easily be damaged or destroyed in natural disasters. In particular, tourism, which is an important part of the economy in many LEDCs, can be particularly badly hit by damage to infrastructure.

With respect to social impact, Disasters have a greater social impact on poorer people than better-off people. (Adams,2008) has argued “Although a household on a lower income may spend less in total terms than a weatherier household, they are likely to spend a higher proportion of their income on recovery”. It is also the case that fewer people in LEDCs have insurance against property damage.

From the point of view of health impact, Healthcare facilities in LEDCs are often less able to cope with demand after a natural disaster. It has been observe when I did voluntary work in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, the medical services there were clearly unable to deal with the huge number injured

However, in some respects natural disasters may have a greater impact on MEDCs. For example, MEDCs have more developed infrastructure, which is very expensive to replace or repair if it is damaged. (Wills,2009) has argued research has shown that the United States and Japan suffered the most economic damage from natural disasters between 1991 and 2005. It may also be that while MEDCs may be better placed than LEDCs to face natural disasters, there may be variation within MEDCs. Finally, Factors other than the level of national development influence how severe the impact of a natural disaster on a country.
