After serving in the military in the early 1980s, William C. Fenwick Jr. became a stock and bond broker with Dean Witter Reynolds, based in Louisville from 1986 to 1989.

Mr. Fenwick then moved into an executive role when he was hired as the first vice president of investments for JJB Hilliard, WL Lyons. There, he was an advisor and broker.

Moving to to Advest, Inc., in 1994, he served as senior vice president, in charge of portfolio management. He remained in this post until 2005, when he made a lateral move to First Kentucky Securities Corp. As senior vice president for investments, he works with over 500 clients. Bill Fenwick’s credentials include being an Accredited Asset Management Specialist.

Outside of work, he has served on the Budget and Finance Committee of the Republican Party in Jefferson County, and is a former treasurer. A past two-time president of Louisville’s Hurstbourne Country Club, Mr. Fenwick enjoys golf in his spare time.
