I think this shouldn't become law because although cameras may have their benefits, it doesn't stop people's actions just because they are being recorded. So the impact they are looking for may not occur because it wouldn't matter to the individual that is being recorded. For example, it states that the officer who was involved knew he was being recorded but still continued his actions.</div>]]></description>
