I think this shouldn't become law because although cameras may have their benefits, it doesn't stop people's actions just because they are being recorded. So the impact they are looking for may not occur because it wouldn't matter to the individual that is being recorded. The Idea that increasing the number of body cameras would not actually deter police officers from performing misconduct

This shouldn't become a law because it is too much regulation and oversight. Police are already accountable and additional law would be too much on police officers.
