Taylor Swift is one of the most famous singer, song writer and not just a song writer but also a storyteller, she tells a story through her songs listening to all of her songs make us think that her songs isn't just a song but it is her way of capturing emotions we often struggle to express. Li I can now say that I am confident to say my emotions through her songs. Just like Leo Tolstoy said on her quote "Music is the shorthand of emotion"

Her dedication is really inspiring, although there's a lot of people who dislike her even celebrities, Taylor Swift didn't care about it, but she did her best to pursue her career which reminds me of Colin Powell's quote "A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work." Taylor Swift is really a savior for others, her songs saved them. She also reshaped the music industry that even platforms like Spotify

Spotify (https://open.spotify.com) and TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com) proving how strong her influence is in shaping modern music cultu

re

By the way, I'm Glen Paul, I really love music and instruments. I have a song that I always play on the guitar. My favorite song is "When I was your man" by Bruno Mars and you can listen to him at this link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekzHIouo8Q4). This song is emotional because of the lyrics that talk about regret and lost love. I love how strong and powerful Bruno Mars voice is, as if he gives his all in the performance. Every time I listen to the song, I play it on my guitar as if I were poetry set to music, as if I were reading a private letter full of mistakes and lessons. The lyrics that I think in my mind is "Although it hurts

‎I'll be the first to say that I was wrong

‎Oh, I know I'm probably much too late To try and apologize for my mistakes" that make me feel sad about the song. The song is made even more impactful by the simple playing of the piano, showing that less really means more. That’s why this song will always hold a special place in my playlist and in my heart.

After going to through a end of our chapter, I didn't want to talk about it out loud, but I needed to let it out. So I wrote it my unspoken words. A lot. I remember the one line that always stayed with me or always write in my poetry, " It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all ". At first, I did not to believe it. But through out poetry, I started to understand it. In every emotion, every love, every hope, every regret, every pain; turned into my stanzas I never meant to share about it.

Poetry helped me to heal.

‎Gaming started as a fun escape, but soon, I realized it could be more. As I spent hours improving my skills in Call of duty Mobile, I transitioned from a casual player to a competitive one. Tournaments, community interactions, and watching pro streams pushed me further. Balancing life and gaming was tough, but my love for the game kept me going. Joining an amateur esports team was a huge breakthrough, teaching me about teamwork and high-level strategies. Now, the journey continues — there's always more to learn.

This Wattpad book showed me the importance of self-love. It became my favorite because it taught me that when you give too much love to others, you can end up losing the love you should have for yourself—leaving nothing for you.

One of the most striking quotes from the main character, Chin, is:

"You don't have to defeat your demons. You just have to live above them."

Chin is a cumlaude psychology graduate, yet she said this powerful line:

"I'm at the National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong. But I didn’t come as a psychologist. I am here as a patient."

The only person who truly cared for her—who could listen even in her silence—was also the one who failed to trust her. Troy, her boyfriend, tahought Chin had cheated on him. Blinded by anger, he never knew the truth: that Chin had been sexually abused, and a photo with another man was taken without her consent.

This was one of the greatest struggles Chin faced, which even led her to attempt suicide. She went through so much—being abandoned by Troy, rejected by her parents, betrayed by her best friend, sexually abused, losing the baby she had with Troy, and being judged by people for having trauma and being admitted to a mental hospital.

Yet despite it all, Chin said:

"Your life might not go according to your plan, but that doesn't mean you failed. You're meant for something greater and more profound."

And another unforgettable line:

"No matter how tough a person might be, at the end of the day, everyone needs a helping hand."

Wattpad:https://www.wattpad.com/story/240561496?utm_source=android&utm_medium=link&utm_content=share_readin

g&wp_page=reading

Art for me is more than just a hobby. It is my safe space and language of my own that I can't express clearly. Every time I draw or paint, I feel like I'm letting my soul and thoughts breathe freely on paper. As Vincent Van Gogh said, "I dream of painting and then I paint my dream." That line caught my attention and made me think that even a dream created from imagination can happen in real life.

Creating creative things using my imagination helps me especially when I'm tired, stressed and have nothing to do.

One of the most Impactful movie that I've watched as a child is A Silent Voice, that reminds me of one qoute from one of the character, Yoshitoki Oima. “Please, God... give me just one more ounce of strength. I won't run away from my problems anymore," which suited for the main theme of the movie perfectly, Forgiveness. The qoute was an intertext reference because it make us realize something that we always do in real life. This inspiring film and I stumble to an inspiring question analysis from Medium.com

Is doing nothing just as bad as doing anything?

In Pursuit of Wisdom

Seeking knowledge today feels like being on an endless adventure, where each discovery opens the door to another. Learning is not just about gathering facts, but about developing the ability to connect ideas and see the world from different perspectives. Every time I encounter something new, I am reminded of Socrates’ famous saying, “The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing,” which reflects the humility required in the pursuit of wisdom. This idea shows that knowledge is infinite, and even the wisest person understands that there will always be more to learn.

Ultimately, seeking knowledge is not about reaching a final destination where all answers are found, but about remaining curious, reflective, and open to growth. The beauty of learning lies in its endlessness, and the willingness to accept that there is always more to know.

Flow G, a member of the Filipino rap group Ex Battalion, has made a strong mark in the local hip-hop scene. Known for his rapid-fire delivery and smooth flow, Flow G proved that rap can be both technical and catchy. His journey shows the essence of hip-hop—creativity, resilience, and truth expressed through rhythm and rhyme.

One of the biggest highlights of Flow G’s career was when his songs like “Araw-Araw Love” and “Pagbigyan Mo Na” blew up on the charts. Flow G’s presence elevated the image of modern Pinoy hip-hop, making it more relatable to everyday listeners.

Flow G always brings heat with his precise bars and unmatched speed.
“And The Breadwinner Is” Movie

Vice Ganda’s movie “And The Breadwinner Is” does more than entertainment, it also sparks reflection on family roles and sacrifices in every Filipino households. Watching it reminded me of Atticus Finch’s line in To Kill a Mockingbird: “You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view,” which resonates with how the said movie challenges us, people, to see the struggles of those who carry the financial weight of a family, most especially the struggles and sacrifices of the family's breadwinner. In our current modern generation, discussions about the movie are not limited to just in cinemas only; people now share their thoughts and debates online through using their own social media platforms, creating webs of meaning much like this review (https://www.pep.ph) that highlights the film’s humor and social relevance. That’s the beauty of knowing and using hypertext as it allows the viewers to connect their interpretations with others instantly. At the same time, the intertext is at play when the movie echoes familiar narratives of sacrifice and resilience seen in other stories, making it richer, reliable and more relatable. Definitely, the film uses the comedy genre to reveal truths about responsibility, proving that laughter and reflection can exist side by side.

When I was young, I loved watching Doraemon, (https://youtu.be/0N41a_bg2Us?si=agdzCKXHVHcFvMGf), the anime series on YouTube, especially while eating.

This cartoon reminds me of my childhood innocence. Whenever I faced problems, I would simply watch Doraemon and say, “I wish I had Doraemon too, so I would have someone to confide in, because no one truly understood me.” But as I grew older, I realized that I could not stay in that phase forever—the version of myself who only thought about watching cartoons. Now, I still sometimes don't know whom to turn to whenever I feel tired, drained, frustrated, or burned out. However, those struggles did not stop me; instead, they gave me the hope to keep moving forward in every single day. That's why the song “Kahel na Langit” by Maki (https://youtu.be/QslsIWyagvU?si=bfFnfktDY-OMnO3Z), resonates with me, especially this line.

“ Minsan gusto kong magsumbong sayo, kapag pagod na pagod na ako.” because it reminds me that the song is for all the people who challenged alone. Maki is right. Not all the time there will be a someone by our side, and I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason.

As noted on (https://genius.com/D4vd-romantic-homicide-lyrics), the song was recorded and written in the artists bedroom, deepening the sensibility and realities behind the song.

When d4vd sings, “In the back of my mind, you died,” it echoes Shakespeare’s famous idea in Romeo and Juliet that “these violent delights have violent ends.” Love and loss are entwined, and “Romantic Homicide” gives voice to that paradox for Gen Z listeners. I might looked the happiest one, but deep inside of my loud laughs, I fear what would happen if the laughter and smiles faded away.
‎
‎I remember the time when being with my friends felt so effortless and when the bond was unbreakable. And in the background a specific song resonates with my feelings, and that song is "Kung di rin lang ikaw" (https://youtu.be/P1pwbnzbe7g?si=X7Ml8DkZxoKXdUZs) That song became more than music it was the soundtrack of our strong yet so fragile bond
‎
‎Now, as we fade and drift apart, the line "Kung di rin lang ikaw ay hindi nalang" it's a quiet reflection of what we were, it's a constant reminder of how being with them once meant everything, and now without them things are not the same anymore.
‎
‎I still smile the brightest, Speaks and laughs the loudest, and the energetic guy who i once was is still me. But the haunting feeling of being left behond still haunts me, Everyone are so close but so unreachable, Just like a song you can still hear, but only a fading echo.

The story was all about two siblings, Seita, a fourteen year old older brother, and Setsuko a four year old younger sister. They were separated from their mother during World War ||. They gave their best just to survive during that war. They rely to each other. But at the end of the day, Setsuko, Seita's younger sister, died. It was really a heartbreaking story, but also has a lesson and realization. I admire their love for each other as brother and sister. They didn't give up easily and tried their best because they had each other. But still, it's heartbreaking.

For more information, just click https://m.imdb.com Graves of the Fireflies. I recommend this movie to you, but before you watch it, ready your tissue first.

From the very beginning of my journey learning to play the guitar, I was inspired by the songwriter of "7/11," Toneejay, (https://youtu.be/9RJ-oc7cvW0?si=1r5UiI7b1x4sQFdO) he motivated me to keep learning.

The song "7/11" by Toneejay motivates me to learn how to play the guitar. The lyrics in the chorus, "Gusto kong Ibigay ang buhay na Gusto mo", deeply resonates with me. This line feels like, ”A declaration of selfless devotion and a desire to provide a comfortable life for a loved one.“ Because I want to give my loved ones a comfortable life and because of what happened in her past, I don't let it to happen again in her life that she has no one to run.

Going back to Toneejay, he sang about his dreams of buying a house, a car, and traveling the world with his significant other, and how he is ready to do anything to give them the life they desire, “It is all about aspirations and personal desire.” His song also reminds me that even though there will be many trials or challenges, I will overcome them.

Because of that, I dedicated this song to My mother, who has been working abroad when I was 14 years old. I want to repay My Mother for her tireless efforts, hardships, and sacrifices, and for being such a parent with great patience to me even I was naughty. I also dedicated this song to someone who truly appreciates me for who I am, both in the past and today.

She is lovable, gentle, caring, adorable, and has a great deal of patience. And finally, it is all connected because the song I always played many times always reminds me to keep going even though life is hard and mysterious.

But here's the thing: grinding nonstop isn't the key to success. Remember that creepy line from The Shining? "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Yeah, nobody wants to end up like Jack.

Science actually backs this up! According to https://www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/the-importance-of-rest-for-mental-health taking breaks helps your brain recharge, making you more focused when you get back to work. And the breaks don't have to be boring. You can vibe to your playlist, doodle, or tak y quick walk. As Dory from Finding Nemo wisely says, "Just keep swimming”

Hobbies are another game-changer. Whether it's gaming, painting, or learning TikTok dances, doing stuff you love can lower stress and boost creativity. https://www.verywellmind.com/benefits-of-hobbies-5187177 a even says hobbies are linked to better mental health.

So the next time someone tells you breaks are

"wasting time," just smile and know you're actually leveling up your brain.

Title: The Weight of Power.

Kapangyarihan by Ben&Ben is more than just music. it is a strong reminder of how power can shape lives and societies. The lyrics delivers a powerful message about how authority can be used and abused.

A thought-provoking lyric asks, ‘Akala nyo ba, nasa inyo ang kapangyarihan ay nasa inyo, sino ba kayo? which statement directly questions those who think power belongs only to them. These lyrics remind us that power should never be taken as absolute, because in reality, it comes with responsibility to serve others. In today’s world, Where corruption continues to affect leadership and society, the song feels like a call for reflection and action. The song Kapangyarihan can be revisited anytime, reminding us that its message against corruption remains timely and relevant.

It brings to mind the popular Spider-Man quote about power and responsibility. “With great power comes great responsibility.” This connection emphasizes the idea that power’s true purpose is to serve with responsibility and compassion, not to be driven by greed. Listening to Kapangyarihan reminds me that even ordinary people can resist corruption by speaking up, making ethical choices, and influencing others positively. In the end, true strength is not measured by control or wealth, but by integrity and the courage to stand for what is right.

"THE LEGEND SHERLOCK"

I was a fan of Sherlock Holmes and I wanna share to you guys the one scene I will never forget.

One rainy afternoon, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson were called to investigate a theft at the London Art Museum. A valuable painting, The Lady in Blue, had vanished overnight without any sign of forced entry (like ninja man).

Holmes examined the room carefully. He noticed a small trail of white dust on the floor and a fresh fingerprint on the window frame (I noticed it too man). The guards insisted no one had entered, but Holmes remained silent, studying the ceiling lamps.

Suddenly, he smiled.
