It could be monsters, cats, flowers, cars, houses, faces...you get the picture. Then take that special subject matter and draw 25 different versions of it ! You drawings don't need to be super-detailed or big, they just need to be different. If you see you are drawing each one the same style then vary the viewpoint, the position, or something else.
