The best way to improve you English Skills is to join a Speaking group and, fortunately, in EOI Guinardo have some of these. 
In November, I have enjoyed one of them and I could practice my speaking and, moreover, learn some vocabulary. Furthermore, I can say that i have one of the best English teacher I had: Mike! He's a genious!

The latest years, media platform offers us a wide kind of series for a reasonable price. Most of these are filmed in English and for this reason, it's a good opportunity to practice you listening. But you should listen in VO with English subtitles!
 But if you don't like series, you can try others pills: Audio book can be other interesting way. Surely, you can find some audio-books and listen it while you read. Alternatively, you can be well informed and improve you listening skills thanks to Ted Talk. This web site offers you a wide variety of interesting conference about economics, politics, culture, etc.. Surely, you can learnt more than English.
