If it needed to change the flat tire or engine oil, user can also lodge their reports here. I was tasked to finish the project by using WIX website developer.

The problem i faced while doing my project was with WIX. i never even heard about it before my internship. hence, it took me quite a while to get use to WIX and it's function.

But there are still some work that I focused on such as learning and installing some accounting systems, depend on the client. Also, I need to make tutorial videos for teaching material for my supervisor that sometimes get paid from some universities to teach their students how to use the latest version of accounting systems. Then, I usually follow my supervisor meeting his client to install the system, the cashier computer, cash drawers, and even barcode scanners.

All I need to do everyday was to check whether the application is having a defect/bug or any other problem such as copywriting defect based on the test script that the company has prepared. If there is any defect, I need to discuss first with all my colleagues to make sure that the defect has not been reported yet before I log it to the test lead which is my Supervisor, Wendell. Once the defect has been fixed by the developer side, my test lead will send me a retest report to me for me to retest the defect. If the defect is still happening, I will to considered it failed and need to send the retest report as 'Failed' and if it's fixed, I will considered it passed and resend the retest report as 'Passed'. I also has been assigned with some big projects which are App Authorise and Health Check Regression such as 6th November Release, BAU Regression Test and 4th December Release. I also had a weekly and monthly huddle (meeting) with my team and all the Hong Leong Bank team. For the weekly huddle, there were 2 sessions for every one week.
