This process has many advantages, but has a lot of disadvantages, too.
On the one hand, teamwork can open your mind because you must respect the opinion of other people and know different ideas. If you work with other people, you won't work very, very harder but if you work alone, you will work more than in groups. Another good thing about teamwork is that you know a lot of people if you work in international projects like Etwinning. In addition, it's an interesting and enjoyable way to work. 
On the other hand, teamwork has its problems. When you work with other people, yout mark depends on them, too. To work in a team, you need to be a patient person. Working together, people can have arguments when not agreeing on something about the project, and everybody needs to find a way to reach an agreement.

On the one hand, working in a group makes people learn to listen and respect different ideas. People also learn to manage time in a common way as well as common results, because when a team is put together to handle special projects or manage certain tasks, people always find a way to follow a common direction. Moe ideas are shared. Is it not said than two heads are better than one?

On the other hand, working in a group can involve many problems. The main one is the ''free rider'' case: in a team, these is almost always someone who rarely does everything but the benefits and achievements of the whole group and the conflict among team members with different personalities will surely arise.

On the one hand, many teachers think teamwork is important to learn about how to respect other view points and to be able to work as a team. On the other hand, some students insist on the fact that very often there is a students who Works had while the rest are lazing around. In my opinion, it depends on the type of work and the members of the team. If I lknow that my parents aren't hard-working , I prefer individual work. On the one hand, it can help you understand others  and be more efficient. It is a very good idea to meet other people and that is always something interesting that can provide to your life a lot of incredible and positive things.
On the other hand, it can get difficult if the partners that you have don't do the things the have to do. That is something that often happens and can break the good relation and rythm of the team. On the one hand, Working in a group has several advantages for students, one of them is meeting new people and the most important thing discover how other people work, when it comes to an international project you can also see the way of life in other countries as you  cominication hours. 


On the other hand ,There are also disadvantages to this way of working. not everyone works at the same level and in many occasions you can find people who do not contribute their part to the project and finally you work more than you were expected to . You usually find very different opinions and a lot of time is lost in agreeing with the companions. 


In short It is very important and determines the final result of the competencies of all those who form the group, depending on this you can get a very good project or not be able to perform as you would like the work

 A lot of people expect teamwork to be better because you don’t have to do the work alone, you have more opinios and you can even make friends if you didn’t the know the people in you group before.
Other people consider that teamwork is worse because if the people of you group don’t work, you hace to do au the work alone and you should meet with they for this you lost your time.
In my opinion, I would prefer a teamwork but oly if knows who my teammembers are because I don’t like doing the work myself because they don’t want to ther part.

The advantages are we can communicate with other people from other countries and other parts of the world.We enjoy making many activities while we´re learning.We learn about the culture of our partners too.We can also making friends
But teamwork has also got many drawbacks.Sometimes communication between two countries is difficult and many partners are lazys,and the aren´t excited about working in the project.

In english we do a proyect with some Italian students and are organized in groups in order to do some activities.
Some advantages of workin in group are for example that we can consider different points of view, we can distribute that tasks, you learn to share and you have more posibilities of obtain good marks...
on the other hand, work in group have some disadvantages too for instance, there is always one person who works more tan others, sometimes you don´t agree...
