This is me when i went to Saudi Arabia for my Umrah. i visited this place.. you know what? it is Jabal Rahmah located on Mount Arafah. It is a granite rock hill east of Makkah. Also known as Mount of Mercy (Jabal al-Rahmah). Yeahhh. Our prophet Adam a.s. and Eve met after being brought down to earth from Jannah. They met here and thanked Allah SWT for bringing them together after hundreds of years. so sweet but at the same time it's very painful. but Allah's plan is better than we thought <3

First of all, I'm not sure what kind of doctor that I wanna be. But nvm. Everything can change suddenly.

I want to be a doctor/surgeon because I like something related to biology or science in my life. I want to be a doctor/surgeon to help people or all who need help, whether old or young, big or small, alive or dead. if my parents or family members suddenly get sick, I will help them to be by my side until my last breath. I hope I will be a responsible doctor who does his job tirelessly and tirelessly one day.

my dream when i was a little kid until i grow up. i want to go to Saudi Arabia when Ramadhan comes. i really really hope that i can go here again but with my beloved family. it's too many memories together. i feel like i don't want to go back to Malaysia, i want to stay here. seriously, i cried when i know the last day in Saudi Arabia. unable to leave sweet and beautiful memories here. when i heard or saw the picture of this Kaaba after Umrah. i swear to Allah, i miss madly near Mecca/Madinah. i can't hold back my tears, i miss the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him so much. yes, i know i'm not perfect because everyone makes mistakes. but Allah only knows how it feels to leave this Saudi Arabia, it feels like dying right near the grave of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Islamic history cannot be played with, doomsday is near, and there is no time to play. the lesson that Allah swt gave us in the Qur'an, don't forget this very noble word of Allah, don't leave prayer, don't leave the Qur'an, don't leave prayer, don't leave time with your loved ones. i really hope you understand and don't do useless things.. remember, this world is temporary, the real thing is in the mahsyar.

CHEESE TART!!
i'm looking for this cake and it's not in anyone's house. i'm sad because people don't make this cake and serve it during Eid. this cake is very very veryyy delicious!! oishiiiii!! but no one make it. nahhh, i don't mind. but, InshaAllah one day I'll make it, then sell it and make my own business MUAHAHHAHA

Ingredients for the tart shell:
-250g wheat flour
-125g unsalted butter
-40g icing sugar
-a pinch of salt
-1 tablespoon milk powder
-1 egg yolk
-1 teaspoon vanilla essence
-Ingredients for cream cheese filling:
-500g of cream cheese
-30g of unsalted butter
-100g of icing sugar
-1 egg (use 3 tablespoons)
-1 teaspoon vanilla essence
-½ tablespoon lemon juice
-Blueberry jam

Preparation Method :

Ways for the tart shell:
1) Sift the icing sugar.
2) Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Take part of the egg yolk.
3) Add wheat flour, icing sugar, a pinch of salt, and unsalted butter and stir or mix the mixture until it becomes like breadcrumbs.
4) Add milk powder, egg yolk and vanilla essence. Turn or mix until all the mixture is combined.
5) Add cold water if the mixture is too dry for the mixture to clump together.
6) Rest the dough for an hour in the refrigerator.
7) After that, put the dough in the mold. Place the dough in the center of the mold and press and flatten it to the sides of the mold until it is close and even.
8) Trim the excess dough to make it look neater
9) Poke the bottom of the tart with a fork to prevent the bottom from bubbling while baking.
10) Bake at 16c for 15-20 minutes
11) After baking, remove the tart from the mold and cool.

Methods for cream cheese filling:
1) Add the cream cheese and unsalted butter to the mixing bowl, then stir until the two ingredients are combined.
2) While stirring, add sifted icing sugar, vanilla essence, egg, lemon juice (optional). Knead for about 10 minutes until the mixture is thick and smooth
3) Put enough cream cheese and blueberry jam in a piping bag.

Directions for blueberry cheesetart:
1) Pipe the blueberry jam filling into the tart shell followed by cream cheese on top.
2) Use water by wetting the tip of your finger and then sharply wet the tip of the cream cheese (optional).
3) Bake the blueberry cheesetart at a temperature of 170 for 10-15 minutes until the cheese does not stick to the touch, then cool for a while.
4) Put the blueberry jam into the piping bag and cut a little off the tip of the piping bag nozzle.
5) Decorate the top of the cheesecake with piping blueberry filling according to your creativity.
6) Then, the blueberry cheesecake is ready to be served and enjoyed !!
