- Justification of choices made, even if it is an unpopular choice

- Student forum: to provide a platform for students to question / feedback on school matters (eg. school rules)

- Shift of focus to the objective rather than the process

- Getting students to play their own

Group 7 Challenge the Prcocess

1. Give them opportunities to speak up, encourage/award them to speak up and its ok to make mistakes

2. Let them take the lead to organise events, e.g. Chinese new year celebrations, Teachers day's celebrations.

3. Give students a platform to demonstrate their learning e.g for CCE lessons.

4. Creating a safe environment for students to experiment so that they would not be afraid to fail. If they do, they will reflect and think about how things can be done better.

In our instructional programme, encourage them to propose their ideas and try them out, even if they are wild, out of the box. Put them through the problem solving process, via class events/projects.
