Sofia and I share many strengths such as:
    • Social & good friend
    • Willing to help others

    Sofia and I both like to be social butterflies and talk with our friends and at times can be off task or interrupt others because we are talking.

    As well as some of our functional challenges such as:
    • Difficulty attending and completing tasks
    • Easily distracted 

    Sofia and I also share some functional challenges such as attending tasks without procrastinating. I often distract myself with other tasks (laundry, email and social media). I also become easily distracted whena  brain break was supposed to last 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes.
