Scene 47 mentions an exterior shot set at dusk. however it does not have any specific location requirement mentioned. I would like to portray the fading light in a forest, as i think it would also suit the scene better.
The second scene(43) doesn't have a location mentioned, neither does it have any interior or exterior mentioned. Ask director What would fit the theme better?
Also the gender of Dallow hasn't been mentioned. I would need general descriptions of each character, but in Dallow's case i will need to know their gender or pronouns specifically.

My Suggestions:
I would shoot the first scene in a forest or wooded place, as I feel it fits the theme better, as if someone was to kill themselves or be murdered, a forest would be most likely the safest place to do so. Shooting this as a forest scene would also give me the creative liberty to heighten the drama through lighting.
as the second scene does not have any specifications about location, hence some probable places i could shoot at for exterior scenes could be a pub garden, could even be Ida setting down her drink on the hood of a car. If it is interior scenes, the setting could be either a pub, a café, an office or precinct.

i would preferably shoot these scenes in close proximity of each other, which would save us time as well as money.
the location I've chosen for the first scene is in Andover. It is a trail called Ladies walk, and it is in the southern border of the town.
Logistical Benefits:
1. It has parking in very close proximity, which would make parking vans and setting up equipment convenient.
2.The iron bridge where i would like to film Pinky and Rose walking is approximately 5 minutes away from the car park.
3.The location also has a hotel right besides the car park for cast and crew to stay in if needed.
4.All of these factors added with the rugged beauty and untouched look of the location make this the ideal spot to film the scene.

I would preferably shoot with a Canon C300, as the Canon interface and setup is what i am most familiar with. it is also quick to set up according to industry standards and has the dynamic range to create amazing visuals. The camera is also decently sized to be easily portable, and would also be easily mountable on a shoulder rig or a dongle, giving me ease of movement. The BAFP default setup will be used to shoot.
A day hire for the camera kit along with the Samyang prime lens kit would cost around 377£ a day.

logistical benefits:
1. It has an old time charm and would be the perfect artistic backdrop for the scene.
2. It has an outdoor beer garden that could be shown in a shot to symbolise dusk.
3. it is close to the location for scene 47.

The Samyang prime lens kit 5 is EF mount, very fast and they are impressively compact and light so great for use on a gimbal. They have gears for follow focus or remote as well as iris gears.

Lighting Kit:
Arri 300w key light to simulate dusk.
Arri 150w fill and back lights.
LISHUAI 2 LED Bi-Colour Lights or Kino flo freestyle lights for indoor lighting.
I would also book out a hazer to help me accentuate the lighting in the forest, add depth of field to the shot.

Color Psychology assigns different positive and negative emotions to colors.
In the first scene, i will be keeping pinkie and Rose's costumes black and white to give a strong visual cue to their characters. Black symbolizes evil while white symbolizes purity. The flowers in Rose's hair will be pink for innocence and yellow for warmth.
In the second scene where Ida and Dallow are seated in a pub, i will be showing colorful lights shining on their faces show their character profiles and emotions.
Ida will be shown with green and purple lights falling on her face. Green symbolizes perseverance, tenacity, self-awareness, while purple symbolizes wisdom, enlightenment and power which sum up Ida's character and emotions. these lights will be key and fill lights framed to look like they are coming from the bar counter.

When Pinkie and Rose are walking, he will be accentuated more by shadows showing him to be the negativity or evil, while the light will illuminate Rose in a soft glowing light showing her as the positive or the innocent.
The camera angles will also be sharply tilted closeups as want to create a feeling of unease in the scene. The Camera tilts downwards as Pinky's perspective of Rose and tilts upwards as Rose's perspective of Pinky.
