Perishable is something that have brief significance, like food products. Mostly, foods require limited time before spoilage to avoid waste, that is why it should be consumed early. There is a risk of ruining your business if not taken into action. Perishable services include airline flights, auto repair, theater, etc. If an individual purchases an air ticket for a particular day, and then he suffers colds and is not able to travel, the ticket expires.

Imperishable is something that is long lasting or durable. These includes items or products like jewelry and automobile parts.

However, services can be described as perishable but not imperishable. In short, a perishable service means that it is short-lived.
