A system where the assessment is based on knowledge not applicable in practice/real life/next courses. It's done just to be done. In this case, even if a process of learning was interesting and useful, the high risk of an assessment being weird and formal is demotivating. Students feel that they sort of got the skill but "anyway they might not pass at the end"

Estimated that students will be able to applicate and analyse knowledges if they are only interest to pass the test with one correct answer style A, B, C. They can only learn answer 1A, 2C, 3B, 4C and pass the test without content
