I reckon we're wilder, too." (Pages 2 & 3). In these quotes Ponyboy talks about how it's difficult being a Greaser and how they're treated differently from other people because of their social class and the amount of money they have.

a) I've only finished reading The Outsiders and an MCU magazine.

b) I am currently reading the book She Said by, Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey. I didn't have an independent reading book and just chose a random book I saw.

c) Genres I find I am more attracted to are fiction and fantasy.

d) This book is about a woman who was sexually assaulted by a man in a higher power. This book has shown me how difficult it can be to come forward about assault and how easily people can just brush over the situation just because you don't have enough power over the person. It made me think about how lucky I am to have never experienced anything like this in my life. There has been the occasional cat-calling or feeling uncomfortable, but it's never gotten physical, which I am so grateful for.

e) I feel like this semester has not been a good one emotionally and mentally which has stopped me from reading some day. I defiantly feel like I could read more but I just don't have the mental capacity for so many assignments at once. I like the amount of time we have to read in class, I feel like it's a good amount.

f) I don't know what specific books I want to read next semester but I hope to at least read two or three. I want to try and read every day we have a class, for at least 20 minutes during the whole day, even if the time is cut up through the day.
